This is our first year as a family to not have a real Christmas tree. Every year we have fought to find one small enough from the tree farm to fit into its designated space. Since we haven't planted trees in nearly 10 years, and haven't trimmed them in a couple, there just isn't much left that would work. I (Bryan) decided this year was time to move to a "slim" fake tree that would actually fit. It works, and I can still see the TV, so I'm happy. Melissa had to get creative to find places for all our ornaments though!
